National Peanut Butter Cookie Day is June 12th
here's a recipe to help you celebrate... ENJOY!!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Butter Flavor CRISCO
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 package (3 of 6 ounces) peanut butter flavored chips
1/2 package (3 of 6 0unces) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375ºF. In large mixing bowl cream Butter Flavor Crisco, peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in peanut butter chips and chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375ºF for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove to cooling rack.

Makes 5 dozen cookies
