Your tip for April 20, 2006 - FREEZER JAM

This easy Freezer Jam developed by Kraft Kitchens, avoids the mess and fuss of canning.1-2-3-4

STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAMPrep: 15 min Ready In: 15 min

CRUSH firm, ripe strawberries with a masher.

MEASURE 1- 3/4 cups crushed strawberries into a second bowl. Stir in 4 cups sugar and let stand 10 minutes.

STIR IN 2 Tbsp. lemon juice and 1 pouch Certo Liquid Pectin. Continue stirring a full 3 minutes.

SPOON into Freezer Containers or Freezer Bags, seal and freeze up to 1 year.
