Bacon From The Oven
Your tip for April 26, 2006 - BACON FROM THE OVENFor really delicious Bacon try baking it. Select thick sliced, meatybacon. Place the bacon on a cookie sheet lined with a double layer of paper towel.
Slowly bake in preheated 250° oven until golden brown, 5-10 minutes, remove from open and serve immediately.
For variety, coat the Bacon with flour or cornmeal and bake as above.
